Apple and Chicken Salad

1. Start by prepping all your ingredients. Cut the cucumber, garlic, and apple into cubes, and then cut the chicken.
2. Mix the chicken sliced, apple sliced, cucumber, garlic, and corn in a large bowl.
3. Make a dressing by stirring together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Over the salad pour the sauce and turn it well until mixed.

- 1 small ripe apple, diced
- ¼ cup cooked chicken, shredded
- ¼ cup cooked corn
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
