Mango Spinach Smoothie 



Healthy and refreshing juice with mango and spinach.

1. Peel and chop the mango.

2. In a blender, add the chopped mango, spinach leaves, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey (if desired).

3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

4. If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again to make it colder.

5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!


1 ripe mango,

1 cup spinach leaves,

1/2 cup almond milk,

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt,

1 tablespoon honey (optional),

Ice cubes (optional)
