Healthy Beef Stir-Fry 


A delicious and nutritious Chinese stir-fry made with lean beef and plenty of vegetables.

1. In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.

2. In a wok or sizable skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.

3. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped broccoli, carrots, onions, and peppers. The vegetables should be crisp and tender after 3–4 minutes of frying. 

5. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and add the marinated beef. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

6.Season the dish with salt and pepper as desired.

7. Serve the beef stir-fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.


Ingredients for 1 person:

- 150g lean beef, thinly sliced

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1 small onion, sliced

- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- 1 carrot, julienned

- 1/2 cup broccoli florets

- Salt and pepper to taste
