Grilled Tuna with Lemon Herb Sauce
The fresh flavor of the grilled tuna dish marinated with a sour lemongrass sauce. It gives us a healthy and light main dish.

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. On both sides of the tuna steak rub the mixture.
3. Place the tuna steak on the preheated grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
4. While the tuna is grilling, prepare the lemon herb sauce by combining lemon juice, chopped parsley, chopped dill, chopped basil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
5. Remove the grilled tuna from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with the lemon herb sauce drizzled on top.
1 fresh tuna steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Lemon Herb Sauce:
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
