1. Chicken breast cut into small cubes.

2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper.

3. Dip the chicken cubes into the flour mixture, coating them evenly.

4. Over medium to high heat heat the oil in a large frying pan.

5. Add the chicken cubes to the skillet and fry for about 5 minutes, flipping them occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.

6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

-1/2 cup all-purpose flour

-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

-1/2 teaspoon paprika
