Ginger Glazed Salmon 


A main dish with a delicious ginger sauce mixed with healthy and delicious soft salmon slices.

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together the grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.

3. On a baking tray, two salmon slices are covered with parchment paper.

4. Evenly brush the ginger layer over the salmon to ensure it is fully covered.

5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.

6. Serve hot and enjoy!


1 salmon fillet

1 tablespoon grated ginger

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste
