Healthy Chicken Salad


This light and delicious salad is perfect for a healthy lunch or dinner. It's easy to prepare and full of flavour!

1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken breast. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and black olives.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

4. Season the salad with salt and pepper and add the sauce.

5. Slice the chicken breast and add to the salad.

6. Serve and enjoy!


- 1 chicken breast

- 2 cups of lettuce

- 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes

- 1/4 cup of cucumber

- 1/4 cup of black olives

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

- Salt & pepper to taste
