Chicken and Mushroom Stir Fry 


A combination of chicken, mushrooms and vegetables with a little garlic and ginger with fast frying produces an irresistible delicious dish.

1. Over medium to high heat heat the oil in large articles

2. Add the garlic and ginger, stirring constantly for 1 minute.

3. Add the chicken strips and cook for 4-5 minutes, until cooked through.

4. Add the mushrooms, bell pepper and broccoli and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

5. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.

6. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

7. Serve hot.


Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 2 teaspoons of ginger, minced

- 2 Cut thin slices of bone-and-skin chicken breasts.

- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced

- 1 red bell pepper, chopped

- 1 cup of broccoli florets

- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
