Keto Avocado Stir-Fry


Delicious keto-friendly main American dish. For a perfect meal balanced with avocado and mixed with beef, cauliflower, mushrooms, and tomatoes.

1. Over medium to high heat heat the oil in a frying pan.

2. Add the beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is mostly cooked.

3. Add the broccoli and mushrooms to the wok and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the tomatoes and diced avocado and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5. With garlic powder, pepper, and salt, season to taste.

6. Serve hot.


2 ounces of lean beef, thinly sliced

1/4 cup of broccoli florets

3 ounces of mushrooms, sliced

1/4 cup of tomatoes, diced

1/4 of a ripe avocado, diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste
