Butter Garlic Shrimp


A delicious main dish containing butter, garlic and fried mushy shrimp.


Main Dish

1. Clean the shrimp and crust and leave the tail intact.

2.Over medium heat, melt the butter in a large frying pan.

3. For 1-2 minutes add the chopped garlic to the pan and fry until fragrant.

4. Add in the shrimp pans, seasoned with pepper and salt.

5. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.

6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.

7. Serve hot and enjoy!


6 large shrimp

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
