Keto Banana Chocolate Orange Dessert


This simple Keto dessert combines the delicious combination of fruits and chocolate, enhanced by a creamy coconut whipped cream to give an amazing and healthy texture.

1. Add pureed bananas after warming in essays over medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

2. Add in the dark chocolate chips and stir to combine. Cook for a further 5 minutes until the chocolate has melted.

3. Add the orange section after lifting the essays for the fire. Stir to combine.

4. Place the mixture into a serving bowl.

5. To form soft peaks whisk coconut cream.

6. Place the whipped cream on top of the banana, chocolate, and orange mixture.

7. Serve and enjoy!

1 banana, mashed

1.5 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips

1 small orange, peeled and chopped

3 tablespoons of coconut cream
